RSS

Many organizations summarize and store information available on their web sites in a special format called an RSS or RDF file. A person may use RSS-aware software (also known as a news aggregator) to subscribe to these files (commonly known as feeds) in order to view or filter the information. Many RSS-aware software will track which information is new, old, or has been viewed. This allows a person to more quickly and efficiently find the content he or she desires. Depending on who you ask, the acronym RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, RDF Site Summary, or Rich Site Summary.

User Support Services maintains several RSS feeds containing a summary of articles published on the USS web site. These feeds are refreshed daily.

News Articles appearing in the In the News area of the User Support Services web site.
Recently Published Articles that were published during the last few weeks.
Recently Updated Articles that were updated during the last few weeks.
Most Viewed The most viewed articles appearing on User Support Services web site.

To subscribe to a feed, right-click or ctrl-click (Mac users) on an RSS icon above to display a menu. Depending on which web browser you use, click on Copy Link Location (Firefox), Copy Link to Clipboard (Safari), or Copy Shortcut (Internet Explorer) from the menu to copy the link to your clipboard. Paste the link into your RSS-aware software. Certain web browsers and RSS-aware software may be capable of auto-detecting the RSS links on this page. Review the documentation for your software for more information on subscribing to RSS feeds.
