PSU faculty and staff can purchase software through User Support Services using departmental funds. Fill out the following information for your order. Once the form has been completed and all information is correct, click the "Process Form" button at the end of the form. A processed form will then be displayed on your browser. Print, sign, and send this form to User Support Services.
Do not print and submit this page as your order form.
Instead, complete this form and click on the "Process Form" button at the bottom of this page. An order form will be generated for you to print and have signed. Bring or mail this signed form to User Support Services.
Availability
USS does not stock CD media, diskette media, or shrinkwraps for all software titles. Out of stock software may take up to four weeks to arrive. Backordered software may take up to six weeks to arrive. Contact Jim Tuggle (tugglej@pdx.edu or 5-4466) for information about in stock or backordered software.

Licenses
User License
Grants a person rights to use the software on a single computer concurrently. For example, if the software is installed on a single computer that is shared by more than one person then a single user license is valid when used by one person at a time. If the software is installed on more than one computer then you must have a user license for each computer.
Upgrade License
Upgrade licenses require that a previous version of the software be installed on the computer. Upgrade licenses do not apply to cross platform installations. For example, you cannot purchase an upgrade license for Windows software if the previous version is installed on a Mac OS computer.
CD Media Only
Purchasing CD media does not allow you to use the software. You must purchase one user license for each concurrent user of the software.
Shrinkwrap
Shrinkwraps include one single user license, one set of media, and one set of documentation, which may be electronic. Shrinkwrap CDs will not work for multiple installs.
PSU Employee License
For some products, PSU has purchased a limited number of user licenses or a site license. These licenses allow products to be installed at no cost on computers used exclusively by PSU employees for University business or instruction. Products that are installed on computers used by students for homework, class projects, research, etc. must have a User License purchased by the department.
DVD Media Only
Purchasing DVD media does not allow you to use the software. You must purchase one user license for each concurrent user of the software.
Documentation Only
This is only includes user documentation for the product. The documentation is the same as found in shrinkwraps.
Expression Web User License FrontPage has been discontinued. Expression Web has replaced this product.
