User Support Services provides support only for computer hardware owned by the university that meets the minimum standards listed below. We can work on other computers if and when time permits. Students should obtain support through the vendor of their computer systems.
USS staff can evaluate hardware issues, and can often remedy specific problems. Departments need to order specific components through outside vendors. In order to maintain uniformity with campus computer hardware and to better serve our customers, User Support Services is asking that departments either consult with USS staff or refer to this web page for computer hardware and printer recommendations.
