Using SPSS
The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is a set of programs for data analysis. The main strength of SPSS is its ability to manage a complex data set, and to create new variables from existing information. It also provides many types of analysis which are not available in other package programs.
The developers have tried to make SPSS easy to use. Even so, there are aspects of the program's operation which can confuse even experienced users, let alone a beginner. The following links are very useful for both beginners and expreinced users.
